Returns & Exchanges
For orders placed within the U.S., full priced items, that are unworn and have not been altered, can be exchanged or returned. A return request must be submitted and your Hobes must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase date.
For orders placed outside the U.S., full priced items, that are unworn and have not been altered, can be returned, but not exchanged. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. If you wish to exchange, please return you Hobes for a refund and place a new order through our online store.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable. *This includes items purchased during our WOOL SALE, Feb 20 - 23, 2020.
FLASH SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during a flash sale or promotion are eligible for exchange, or store credit only. No refunds.
Please follow these steps to complete your return.
1) To initiate a return, you must submit a return request within 30 days of purchase date. You will receive a response within 24 hours, or on the next business day. Click here to initiate your return.
2) Once you have a Return Authorization number, please send your Hobes back to:

3) The customer is responsible for shipping returns and exchanges to our warehouse, we do not cover the cost for return shipping. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking for proof of delivery.
4) Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the items being received. We will ship your first exchange to you free of charge; any additional exchanges will be charged a $9 for shipping.
5) Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs, along with import fees or duties on international orders are non-refundable.
